INSTITUTIONAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
For institutional subscriptions Minerva Medica offers for each journal three formats: online only, print only and print + online. Institutional rates are based on the Full Time Equivalent (FTE).
Subscription term
Subscriptions run from January to December.
Orders
Each order or quote request must include:
Online subscriptions:
- journal title, ISSN;
- institution’s name, complete address (street name and number, ZIP code, town/city, State/Province, country), telephone; P.O. boxes are not accepted;
- type of institution (Academic Library, Hospital Library, Government Library, Company Library, Other Libraries);
- number of FTEs;
- website of the institution;
- number and location of the subscriber’s geographical site(s);
- authentication methods: IP addresses corresponding to the geographical site(s) / Open Athens;
- contact details of the subscription administrator (name, e-mail address, telephone, task).
Print only subscriptions:
- journal title, ISSN;
- institution’s name, complete address (street name and number, ZIP code, town/city, State/Province, country), telephone; P.O. boxes are not accepted;
- mailing address (street name and number, ZIP code, town/city, State/Province, country), P.O. boxes are not accepted);
- type of institution (Academic Library, Hospital Library, Government Library, Company Library, Other Libraries);
- number of FTEs;
- website of the institution;
- contact details of the subscription administrator (name, e-mail address, telephone, task).
Print+online subscriptions:
- journal title, ISSN;
- institution’s name, complete address (street name and number, ZIP code, town/city, State/Province, country), telephone; P.O. boxes are not accepted;
- mailing address (street name and number, ZIP code, town/city, State/Province, country), P.O. boxes are not accepted;
- type of institution (Academic Library, Hospital Library, Government Library, Company Library, Other Libraries);
- number of FTEs;
- website of the institution;
- authentication methods: IP addresses corresponding to the geographical site(s) / Open Athens;
- contact details of the subscription administrator (name, e-mail address, telephone, task).
Conditions
Institutions with an online only or a print + online subscription are entitled to:
- access to full-text in HTML (if available) and PDF to the content published in the subscription year; for new subscriptions temporary access for free to back volumes published in the prior ten years (temporary access to the back volumes will continue as long as the subscriber maintains a current paid subscription);
- access to all online first articles not yet included in the year’s issues;
- remote access via secure proxy server (i.e. EZproxy) or VPN;
- aggregate usage statistics;
- interlibrary loan (ILL) for academic and not for profit institutions permitted in print format according to current regulations;
- walk-in user access for academic institutions;
- discount for institutions on APCs of manuscripts published in open access;
- during the activation process acceptance of the licence agreement terms will be required.
Institutions with print subscription are entitled to:
- interlibrary loan (ILL) for academic and not for profit institutions permitted in print format according to current regulations;
- walk-in user access for academic institutions.
Authentication of online and print+online subscriptions
Authentication for online access to the content published in the subscription year is made through the institutional secure network. via valid IP addresses corresponding to the site and/or via OpenAthens.
Activation of online and print+online subscriptions
For the activation of the online access to the content published in the subscription year, the subscription manager must enter the authentication data in the website at the section Your subscriptions -Activate and then follow the instructions. During the activation process the subscription manager will be asked to accept the license agreement.

Handling and shipping of print copies
Prices for print and print + online subscriptions include handling and standard shipping. Regular delivery is not guaranteed with standard shipping. For courier shipments the cost is provided on request. Complaints regarding missing issues must be made within six months of the issue’s publication date.
Consortia and global subscriptions
For consortia, multisite licenses, global subscriptions and subscription packages, please contact the subscriptions department.
Changes of mailing addresses and IPs
Notification of changes to mailing addresses, e-mail addresses or any other subscription information must be received in good time. Notification can be made by sending the new and old information by mail, fax or email or directly through the website at the section Your subscriptions - Contact subscriptions department . Changes of IP addresses must be made directly through the website at the section Your subscriptions - Contact subscriptions department .

Post-cancellation rights
Upon cancellation of subscription, subscriber may continue online access to the content.
How to order
Journal subscriptions and renewal orders may be placed through any subscription agency, bookseller or directly with Minerva Medica by mail, fax, phone, e-mail or through the website at the section How to order - Journals .
Preview online issues are available upon request.
License agreement for institutional online subscriptions
Payment
Subscriptions will be processed upon receipt of payment. In case of organisations subscribing with a purchase order, please contact the subscriptions department.
Prices for back issues and years are available upon request.

INDIVIDUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
For individual subscriptions Minerva Medica offers for each journal three formats: online only, print only and print+online. Individual rates are granted only to subscribers who provide their private address and pay out of personal funds by credit card, check or bank transfer.

- subscriber's name, complete mailing address (street name and number, ZIP code, town/city, State/Province, country) e-mail, telephone; P.O. boxes are not accepted);
- mailing address (street name and number, ZIP code, town/city, State/Province, country) only for print and print+online subscriptions; P.O. boxes are not accepted).

Individual online access to content published in the subscription year is activated via subscriber code in the website at the section Your subscriptions - Activate. During the activation process the subscriber will be asked to accept the license agreement.
