The electronic mallet, a device utilizing magneto-dynamic technology, has gained significant attention in various surgical fields due to its precision and reduced tissue trauma. This case series evaluates the use of the electronic mallet in rhinoplasty, focusing on its ability to minimize soft tissue damage and improve surgical precision. Magneto-dynamic technology exploits the physical principles of electromagnetism to apply controlled forces on a body while minimizing the time of impact, during osteotomies of maxillary bones. The Magnetic Mallet is a device widely used in oral and maxillofacial surgery. In the reported cases, the electronic mallet showed its potential benefits in nasal surgery.
