Type II endoleak (EL) is the most common cause of reintervention after EVAR, but its management remains controversial. It can be treated by many different endovascular techniques, with different materials and, lastly, costs. We describe our successful treatment of a recurrent type II EL in a 79-year-old woman, 4 years later EVAR for infrarenal aortic aneurysm. We were able to reach the aneurysmal sac with special catheter and deploy the glue, without complications. Using this technique the aneurysmal sac was closed; we confirmed the success with angioCT and CEUS. The glue is a new, feasible technique, but not the cheapest one. Perhaps is the easiest for sufficient skilled operators.
