Concomitant phlebectomy: debate for and against
Passman M. A .
Section of Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Therapy, Department of Surgery, University of Alabama at Birmingham, Birmingham, AL, USA

This review will present evidence based arguments both for and against concomitant and staged approaches. Important clinical factors will be combined into a proposed algorithm to help guide decision making for concomitant vs. staged approaches.
