Management of subclavian artery aneurysm

Aneurysms of the subclavian artery are rare. Due to its potentially associated complications, like embolisation, thrombosis, and rupture, it seems demanded that an optimal treatment should be carried out early and preferably before symptoms arise. Reviewing the current available literature the therapeutic strategies and trends in managing the aneurysms of the subclavian artery are elucidated.
