The aim of this study was to report two cases of endovascular treatment as a palliative therapy during advanced vulvar cancer with imminent risk of bleeding due to neoplastic erosion of pelvic and femoral arteries. We descrive two elderly women with histories of advanced stage recurrent carcinoma of the vulva previously treated with surgical therapy, chemotherapy and radiotherapy with an imminent risk of bleeding due to neoplastic involvement of pelvic and femoral arteries. Both were treated successfully with placement of vascular covered stent graft. Endovascular treatment may be an appropriate, less invasive and effective palliative treatment in patients with advanced stage vulvar cancer involving iliac and femoral arteries.
