The arterial switch operation (ASO) is used for anatomic correction of transposition of great arteries (TGA). Assessment of the integrity of the coronary circulation is crucial as a prevalence of 7.2% for coronary events was reported in the patients who underwent ASO. We thereby describe two cases of ASO for anatomic correction of TGA. CCTA demonstrated in both cases the typical post procedural arrangement of the pulmonary arteries bifurcating anterior to the aorta. Furthermore, it ruled out coronary artery stenosis in one case and showed the occlusion of the left main trunk and the wrong grafting of a left internal mammary artery (LIMA) bypass to a diagonal branch in the other case.
