Primary osteosarcoma of the skull. A report of 3 cases

Osteosarcomas are malig­nant ­bone ­tumors, ­which com­mon­ly ­affect the ­long ­bones of ­young ­adults. Primary oste­o­sar­co­mas of the ­skull are exceed­ing­ly ­rare. We here­in ­report 3 cas­es of pri­mary oste­o­sar­co­ma of the ­skull involv­ing the cal­var­ia, diag­nosed ­over a peri­od of 8 ­years at the Depart­ment of Pathol­o­gy of our Insti­tute.
