A case of unilateral mydriasis during styloid process fixation surgery and BSSRO surgery

The styloid process (SP) fracture occurs rarely. It is linked with the failure in recognition of injury and the subsequent diagnosis. This paper focuses on an unusual case of bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy and the styloid fracture process related to temporary unilateral mydriasis and its management setup. The displacement and its severity are crucial in deciding the management set up for the SP fracture. Unilateral mydriasis is a seriously significant outcome in neurologic examinations indicating a cerebral vascular Injuries.
