Many surgical techniques are described for an esthetic and functional restoration of alar nose. The paramedian forehead flap is one of the most common options indicated in the functional and esthetic restoration of nasal esthetic units. One of the most important techniques is the reconstruction of internal lining, developed back in the 1980’s, an age which marked a modern revolution in nasal repair. The authors present a case of alar nose reconstruction with modified Menick folded flap.
