We report on an 83-year-old female colic adenocarcinoma patient who underwent T-resection and adjuvant chemotherapy of first and second line. After more than 2 years, she presented a right mandibular mass that progressively enlarged in 3 months, causing numbness of the lower lip and chin. Histology of the removed lesion revealed it to be a metastatic adenocarcinoma, which was similar to that of the primary colic tumor. Multiple metastases to the lung, liver and adrenal glands were also found. Third-line chemotherapy was not considered due to her advanced age. This paper describes a metastatic colorectal adenocarcinoma to the mandibular soft tissue and reviews the pertinent literature. According to it, this is associated whit the widespread and aggressive behavior of the disease.
