Treatment of obstructive sleep apnea using mandibular advancement device

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) may leads to life threatening event and most of the time intervention is needed. The most common treatment for OSA is with continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP). Nowadays, mandibular advancement device (MAD) has been introduced as an alternative to CPAP. This clinical report describes the treatment of a 61-year-old OSA patient with MAD.
