Hamartomas are non-neoplastic malformations caused by innate errors in tissue development or by the delayed proliferation of immature cells in the post-natal period. Here, we report a case of vascular hamartoma of the vestibule of a 23-year-old woman. Physical examination and computadorized tomography were not able to make a good hypothesis ad made the surgical planning uncertain. The immunohistochemical analysis revealed the presence of SMA, CD31, CD34, and Ki-67 and negative for AE1/AE3, desmin, p63, and S-100 protein. Although respiratory hamartomas have been described in literature, it is the first time that a nasal vascular hamartoma is described in the nasal vestibule.
