A case of giant hydrocele accompanying cirrhosis and causing massive scrotal enlargement

Giant hydrocele associated with cirrhosis is a rare case, resulting in the impaired quality of life by complicating the patient’s movement, sexual function, and even urinating. It can cause serious complications like infection and scrotal necrosis connected with the pressure of the hematocele and hydrocele sac. After draining the giant hydrocele sac, various surgical methods have been identified for the repair of the remaining tissues. In this study, it was aimed to present the giant hydrocele case applied to our clinic by reviewing the literature.
