Synchronous multiple primary neoplasia is an uncommon occurrence. It should be kept in mind that there can be a second malignancy in patients with primary tumor in an organ of the genitourinary system. In the literature, there are limited number of studies in which primary renal cell carcinoma and transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder are seen synchronously. This study aimed to present the case of a 68-year-old male patient with synchronous primary renal cell carcinoma and transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder and review the literature.
