Quality of life with blindness

Nearly 300 million people around the world live, work and practice recreational sports with severe visual impairment. The challenge of each author as well as ours is to promote the best life style and its quality to people with blindness and visual impairments. With this article authors are hoping to provide as much information as possible to those who are interesting in providing help to bind and people with visual impairment. Goalball represents an expression of modern creations of blind and visually impaired athletes as a specific game, which is not a plagiarism of other sports. Blind and visually impaired people with sensory disabilities and preserved body functions need more movement than other types of disabilities. Tandem bike is a prop with a longer wheelbase, with two drives, two-seat and two wheels. Tandem cyclists are performing under official licenses of the Cycling Federation Serbia, since all domestic and international competitions are organized according to the rules of International Cycling Association, under whose umbrella all Paracycling races are held. Paralympics marathon is a discipline in which blind runner almost reached the record marathon time of the person with normal vision. Paralympics sports event called “10 Marathons in 10 Days” was performed from February 15 to February 24, 2012, by athletes from Kragujevac, Serbia, when they continually ran 42.195 km per day, which is the length of a full marathon, in a limited time of 6 hours, under strict procedural control and full media coverage.
