Ureteroceles are rarely observed in adult women, and prolapsed ureteroceles are particularly uncommon. Herein, we reported an adult woman presented with dysuria, urinary tract infection and a rose-like, strangulated mass protruding from her urethra. She was hospitalized, but surgery was delayed because of her menses. After the infection had been controlled and her menses were over, a transurethral endoscopic excision of the ureterocele was performed. Postoperatively, the patient experienced no dysuria or reflux during 1.5 years of follow-up.
