Angiokeratomas are vascular lesion that they were consisted of subepidermal located dilated blood vessels and epidermal proliferative reaction. Angiokeratoma circumscriptum was rare in the tongue. Actinomycosis infections of the cervicofacial region are not uncommon but actinomycosis of the tongue is rare. We do not find a case of the coexistence of angiokeratoma circumscriptum and actinomycosises in the literature reported. Our study was presented for this rare condition in a Turkish male.
