Cylindroma is a benign tumour, characterized by basaloid cell islands, surrounded by a thick zone of hyaline. Entity is multiple or solitary, localized in head and neck as a rule. Only one solitary small nose lesion has been reported in the literature. An impressively giant, corrugated, red-blue and traversed by telangiectases, growth of the nose, histologicaly consistent with cylindroma, is reported. Our case constitutes the first literature report of giant solitary nose cylindroma and therefore, this pattern is involved in the differential diagnosis among nose skin tumours.
