Only 3% to 5% of all salivary gland neoplasms occur in children and adolescents. Myoepithelioma is an uncommon tumor of the myoepithelial cells representing less than 1.5% of all tumors that develop in the salivary glands exceptionally in childhood. We report a rare case of epitelial myoepithelioma of parotid gland in a 11-year old boy.
