Modern multidisciplinary team approach is crucial in treatment for critical limb threatening ischemia

In this paper a brief overview of the history the multidisciplinary team approach will be given, and evidence for the benefit to the patient and in relation to health care economics of this approach in patients with CLTI will be provided. Furthermore, a description will be given of the requisites and key components and how to build a multidisciplinary team.
