A ­case of inva­sive pul­mo­nary asper­gil­lo­sis in a 33-­year-old, non-immu­no­com­prom­ised ­male pre­sent­ing ­with low­er ­limb par­a­ple­gia is report­ed. The clin­i­cal man­i­fes­ta­tions, diag­no­sis, and com­bined med­i­cal and sur­gi­cal man­age­ment of ­this ­rare con­di­tion are ­described.
