Foreign body entrapment in the nasal cavity is one of the common sequels of oro nasal fistulae in patients operated for cleft palate. Rarely these foreign bodies or malposed teeth in cleft patients may undergo dystrophic calcification presenting as rhinoliths. Often these rhinoliths are quiescent but rarely lead to nasal obstruction with associated complications. The purpose of our paper is to present a case of rhinolith with concomitant oronasal fistula in an adolescent girl operated for cleft palate.
