The authors describe a case of aneurysmatic iliac artery fistula with the ureter. They explain the risk of this condition and review the literature. They treated this condition by open surgery both for the anatomic tortuosity of the aneurysmatic iliac artery and the high risk of stent infection owing to its direct contact with the ureteral duct.
