Nocardiosis is a rare infectious disease that most commonly affects immunocompromised patients and primarily involves the lungs, but can determine disseminated disease and reach other organs in particular the central nervous system, skin and muscles. Knowledge of the different imaging appearances of Nocardia infection is important to guide radiologists toward the diagnosis and to help clinicians proceed with prompt treatment. The aim of this observational retrospective dual-center study is to describe radiological appearances of nocardiosis, with a focus on the different pulmonary manifestations.
