The nutcracker syndrome (NS) is a rare anomaly in renal vascular tract, with few case studies reported in the literature, it is characterized by the compression of the left renal vein (VRS) and by the appearance of hematuria and abdominal pain. We therefore report a case of NS in a 15-year-old teenager who came to our hospital following abdominal pain and hematuria.
