The annular pancreas is a rare congenital anomaly in which the head of the pancreas partially or completely surrounds the second duodenal portion. We describe the case of a young patient who underwent a CT with intravenous contrast enhancement in urgency, for postpartum hemorrhage, with incidental finding of an annular pancreas.
