The Nuck’s canal cyst (NC) is a rarely encountered entity due to a patent processus vaginalis that should be considered in the differential radiological diagnosis of female patients with inguinal masses. Its final diagnosis is usually made by surgery and histopathological examination. The aim of the present manuscript was to provide some important radiological clues that can lead to a correct preoperative diagnosis. We report three different cases of NC, each one of these with unusual presentation.
