Multiple congenital anomalies of inferior vena cava (IVC) were found. IVC duplication and azygos and hemiazygos continuation of IVC are uncommon. We report a case of 37-year-old male patient presenting with recurrent deep venous thrombosis of lower right limb. Multiple detector computed tomography (MDTC) was performed. MDCT revealed IVC duplication, thrombosis in each ICV and interrupted ICV with azygos and hemiazygos continuation. The patient was treated with placement of caval filter in each IVC. MDCT is mandatory in the correct preoperative planning in radiological intervention.
