The ­case of Poland syndrome report­ed incor­po­rates a num­ber of pre­vi­ous­ly unre­cord­ed fea­tures: hypo­pla­sia of the ­left ­lung and age­ne­sia of the epi­glot­tis in addi­tion to the stan­dard symp­toms. The ­case ­also ­presents cer­tain fea­tures typ­i­cal of the Moebius Syndrome.
