We present a case of giant cell granuloma (GCG) of maxilla in a 56-year-old woman followed by our Dialysis Unit for chronic kidney failure due to membranous glomerulonephritis. She came under our attention for a swelling located in the left part of hard palate and growing since few months. The biopsy revealed that it was a GCG, so we decided to remove the mass surgically, using a Caldwell Luc approach. The interesting thing about this case is discussing the surgical approach and, moreover, the possible etiology of GCG in this specific case.
