Cervical spinal cord intramedullary abscess. Case report

A ­case of pro­gres­sive symp­toms and ­signs of cer­vi­cal spi­nal ­cord dam­age due to intra­me­dul­lary ­abscess is report­ed. The lit­er­a­ture is ­reviewed and the radio­log­i­cal fea­tures, par­tic­u­lary mag­net­ic res­o­nance ­image, are ana­lyzed.
