A case of fetal anasarca associated with congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation of the lung type III

Congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation of the lung (CCAM) is an unusual lesion usually found in newborns or very young children, although cases have been described in adults. We report a case of nonimmune fetal hydrops (anasarca) accompanying CCAM.
