A justified diagnostic distinction has led to define two main pathologies correlated to anxiety: anxiety-panic and generalized anxiety. The anxiety-panic has a sudden onset causing a break in the subject’s biography, who is forced, from that moment, to deal with a discomfort that progressively reduces his freedom and initiative by conditioning his choices. On the other hand, there is the generalized anxiety which it is a fertile ground, a kind of cloak that since a long time involves the subject with various emotional symptoms that he feels as a part of his nature, but that they are the presuppositions for a maladjustment and a strong decrease of self-exteem.
