Clinical and instrumental evaluation of a case of bone infarction with multiple localization
Dutto E., Montanari G., Iacono C., Borrè A.
A survey of the literature on bone infarct is made with particular attention to the clinical-etiological aspects and the imaging diagnostic techniques (Rx, CT, MRI), and a clinical case is reported. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of morphologic aspects of lesions in the various images obtained. The aim was to set up a complete differential diagnosis for neoplastic lesions and to propose a correct therapeutic prognostic protocol.
