In this review we analyze the reconstruction of the rotator cuff through the reinsertion of humeral tuberosities that is very important in the prosthetic treatment of proximal humeral fractures. This reconstruction should be perfect and extremely solid from the anatomical point of view in order to guarantee an early rehabilitation.
