Surgical approach to the orbit modifying the standard lateral Kronlein technique

Several approaches to the intraorbital space have been described in the literature. The selection of the approach to intraorbital lesions depends on various factors including location, size and possible pathological features of the tumor. In this article, the different approaches to orbital surgery are presented, with a detailed description of the one we follow nowadays.
