Cogan’s syndrome. Description of a particular clinical case

The case of a 31 years old female affected by atypical Cogan's syndrome and her five year follow-up is presented. Cogan described this disease in 1945. It is characterized by vestibuloauditory dysfunctions with vertigo and loss of hearing, by flares of interstitial keratitis or rarely other ocular manifestations; frequently inflammatory vasculopathies and cutaneous lesions are described. in the literature; the course of the disease is chronic.
