Classification of the perimetric damage in pseudoexfoliative glaucoma using the “Glaucoma Staging System”

Tosoni C., Migliorati G., Beltrame G.

PDF

A retrospective study of the visual field of a group of patients suffering from capsular glaucoma has been carried out, using a new classification called ''Glaucoma Staging System''. The perimetric damage confirms the severity of the disease already demonstrated by several authors. The defect is frequently generalized or mixed; even if the localized defect is a typical sign of glaucoma, it is uncommon.
