Spontaneous uterine repture in the third trimester of gestation after laparoscopic myomectomy. A case report

Uterine rupture in pregnancy in women who undergone previous laparotomic myomectomy is an exceptional event. The spread of laparoscopy in the surgical treatment of uterine myomas, howerver, has been accompanied by the occurrence of cases of uterine rupture in pregnancy. The case we report is the sixth present in the liberature. It regards a 34-years-old woman who suffered uterine rupture at the 26th week of gestation.
