Vitetta G.
Specialista in Medicina Legale
Through the presentation of non-union, especially carpal scaphoid, this article points out the similarities and differences in social and private insurance: although starting from the concept of biological damage, there are significant differences derived from the different purposes of the two systems and the consequent different structuring of the different refreshment mechanism of the damage. A review of the evaluation systems concludes this work with a proposal that differentiates the “quantum” disability percentage referring to the motility and the presence of instability.
