Considerations on the medicolegal evaluation of diplopia after cranial trauma

The author sets out to assess the damage caused by diplopia, both from a diagnostic and a functional point of view, making at the same time a description of how diplopia is assessed in an international context. All damage evaluation baremés in the various countries have been taken into consideration, considering diplopic area in the visual field of the patient.
