PDF

This paper briefly summarizes the new ESC guidelines on acute myocardial infarction diagnosis and then moves to the analysis of myocardial infarction causes and accidents at the works. The analysis is carried out through the description of a case report relating it to many cases that interpreted the concept of violent cause according to the Italian National Health Institute. A number of important judgments on the role concausal work stress in the manifestation of heart disease are also analyzed.
