Fractures of the pelvis: proposed evaluation of permanent biological damage standing in civil law

Oberto M.

INAIL, Sede di Torino Sud, Torino, Italia

PDF

In recent years there has been a statistically significant increase of fractures of the pelvis, of which the resultant effects are not listed in current impairment tables. The aim of this work is to propose a specific assessment protocol of biological damage for use in civil law, inspired by a clinical classification of pelvic injuries based on the impairment of the stability of the pelvic ring.
