Through the presentation of a case of accident at work discussed in the Court of the Job in Turin in 1979 and for which the Insurance Institute had recognized a degree of inability equal to 12% for a dysphoric hypochondriac neurosis, this paper aimed to underline the actuality of the conclusions of the Court of the Job even after 30 years and despite the changing of damage reimbursement system to the affected subject.
