Medicolegal problematics of the prostaglandins employment in the induction of labor

The aim of this paper is to make a review of the clinical issues concerning the indications, contraindications and adverse effects of the labor induction with PGE2. They come then considered medical and legal problematic, proposing some guide of behavior and therapeutic approach. Such indications could represent one greater protection for the called gynecologist to answer in judicial center of hypothesis of professional liability
