Doping, intended as the administration of banned substances to ameliorate fitness and improve athletic performance, has became a tremendous problem for the public health. This article aims to analyze, from a forensic point of view, the current national legislation on this topic, providing interpretations, reflections and analyzing the potential legal consequences on its application.
