HIV infection: from work’s suitability to worker’s protection

The authors have examined inherent problems list the guardianship of the worker cut from HIV infection. The clinic characteristics of the illness are preliminarily analysed showing the peculiarities of the different phases that characterize it. Object of discussion is also the matter related to the check of the requisite of the working fitness as the social security and relief treatments which these workers can aspire. The legislative orientations around the guardianship against the discrimination are finally considered setting the attention that it, together with the guardianship of the health and the safety of the worker, represents cornerstone element for the safeguard of every person in an civilly advanced state.
