Medico-legal implications for ideological false in a case of medical certification

The authors, after to have cleared the figure of the doctor inside of the society, face the problematic one on false the ideological one. To such purpose he comes brought back like example, the case of a doctor who later on to a certification for suitability to the driver's license has been the accused, from the Criminal court of Avezzano (AQ), false ideological, in how much previously, quality of doctor curing of the same subject, them had signed a medical certificate in order to forward the question of civil invalidity. The authors conclusion putting in evidence the implications legal-medicine of the case in examination.
