The preliminary study on isolation of antifungal active substances produced by Paenibacillus brasilensis

Aim and methods. In order to isolate and purify the antifungal active substances, the isolation conditions of antifungal components were screened in this study.
Results. The results showed that the treatment with ethanol obtained the best effect. In addition, we drew the standard working curve so as to determine the biological potency of active substance and obtained the calculation formula of biological potency.
Conclusion. All these works provided a theoretical basis for antifungal substance purification of fruits and vegetables postharvest diseases.
